You already have 2 sniper rifles in that map.
No one needs the 3rd one.

M-14 is the sniper rifle for all the players without Pro Package.
On the other hand, NCY is not a big map.
The game is already bloated with bombs.
No more bombs in small / medium size maps!

its true most of the guns got boring and i dont relly use the xm29 i use the shotgun that comes with the pro package
