Small question: Is "strafe run" prohibited in this game?
I mean pressing W and A or D at the same time and turning the mouse....

"W"+"A"+"mouse" or "W"+"A"+"Left/Right Arrows" work just fine.
If you have mouse issues, on Windows 7 you might need to set
"MouseLook = Integrated" in the starting menu.

I asked this because Watchdog kicked me twice (in the first time I was using "strafe run" because the old custom from doom

), and I tought that using this method was the responsible.....

The game internal watchdog has nothing to do with the input keys.
And I didn't find you on the watchdog log anyway.
So you should tell us the truth: "my computer is buggy".

Indeed I was playing as "player" (forgot to say this, my IP starts with 190).
I saw that there's a command (> show packs) that tells me "3x packets (31/34)" Is this good?
I should cosider moving to USA. I always have lag troubles playing online

Your latest entry shows:
31/35 , 4 errors , 158ms ping
Your connection does not look bad (for someone living in Argentina

)
The main problem with most of the players from South America is the "buffered data packets".
In other words, your ISP is unable to sustain a constant data rate over time.
Obviously, "buffered data packets" leads to "bursts of data packets" a few seconds later.
You'll act like a speedhacker for a few seconds and the watchdog does not like that.
You'll be kicked out of camp.
