Although not a religious man myself. I can respect the bedrock foundation of Christianity. i.e. the belief in the lord Christ as ones savior, along with the 10 commandments.

1. Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
2. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image.
3. Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain.
4. Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
5. Honor thy father and thy mother.
6. Thou shalt not kill.
7. Thou shalt not commit adultery.
8. Thou shalt not steal.
9. Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor.
10. Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbor's.

Why would a non-religious man list the commandments? I still believe these words comprise traits of goodness and morality. Goodness resides in our moral compass, an evil does exist. Christmas is to be enjoyed by believers an non-believers alike, but I will always honor it's true meaning an say on to thy a Merry Christmas. Without morality there is emptiness and these teachings are good for mankind, and thus a moral and good faith. It's true meaning is to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ and to give thanks, believer or not.

I not sure exactly what it is, and we'll all find out when that day should pass. I just know there is something grander, bigger than ourselves.Merry Christmas!

It's just a massive shame that many people (believers) will fight to the death for their beliefs.
Like you said. Most religions were made to give mankind some goodness and morality. I think along the way some people have lost the plot.

When I celebrate Christmas I will say Happy Christmas. If I celebrated something else I would say different words. Who can't accept it and want me to wish something else will be asked to enter Hopless 2 so I can explain that guy with my guns that I dont give a damn what he wants from me.
