This forum is in English so why can't you use this language?

Karol atleast for 2 resons, there might be other reasons too :-

1) They dont have adequate knowledge about english language.
2) Loves to use "Mother Tongue" language.

Actaully, the 2 resons that i mentioned above were those,which i encountered in past 3.5 years[ My personal experience]. And as far as using of softwares are concern,then this is one of the gud option,even to improve the respective language[ i mean,the language that u find difficult to understand] as frequent use of such thing can help u to improve your command over the language.

And,talking about your 2nd point,then you are right...But, we cant decide or force someone, for only using English and not their mother language.

But,we can request people to kindly use english,so that all people over the world can understand...
