I went to APC-beginners and whoops, I couldn't kill anybody. They ate all my bullets. Where is the problem? P.S. I wanted to record it but my Fraps didnt work.

On apocalypsecity.net there is an outdated game version.
Did you use an outfit 5-8 ?
If yes, those players cannot see you and you cannot kill them.

I had a violet outfit. And I was curious why they don't try to kill me. No I know the reason, haha. Good to know.

Haha, thats a good point. But dont forget that training/learning is much easier without distress.
