Lost Connection Problem ! Help

I'm lost conenction 3-4 times in a row. Why ?
What should I do?
No program is not clear.
before entering the game, clean internet history.
Please get help.

What i do is I will clear cache for every 80-100 frags.
With disable web protection.
NO background applications running in Task Manager.
NO running web pages like youtube,facebook,msn,etc.
NO toolbars running in web browser such as radio news etc.
I prefer IE or Mozilla web browsers for gaming.
I do these and i got 50/50 FPS with no lost connection.

I saw you today leaving camp many times when we are in lead
If these will not help you. then try below.
Please Don't Click "ESC" sure this will help you.

you saw it in TFC FREE TEAMS. I went out 3-4 times. ( lost connection )

FPS
=how smooth a game is=no lagging.

Internet connection
=how mortal, immortal you are+how often you lose a connection

I said these steps for avoiding lost connection not for FPS.

I had lost conenction.
But I played 2-3 watch a game.I used Internet very long time.


Modem can be very hot.
