I don't think it was a bug, but I wanted to inform remus.
( as far as I know 100 health was necessary. )

It's not a bug.
99 Life is the initialization value.
99.5 is listed as 99, but it counts as 100.

Maybe the bug is in the whole web page, and not just in the cut copy.
Now I know why some screenshots don't get posted with the whole web page in view.
If you need to know how to send screen shots like this, just ask the general
