Decline in fps

I'm using google chrome.There was no problem with the fps.Every time my fps around 45.
But now I have a problem.
My fps dropped so much.( 8-15-20 ) Now, my screen freezes.
just 3 days ago my fps 45.
Do you think what's the problem?
