realistic explosion effects

ok so i was thinking it would be cool if the camera from out viewing angle shook and a quick motion blur depending on how close the rpg's etc. hit near you.
so if the rpg hit somewhere by you it wouldn't shake the camera a lot.
but if i hit close to your or hit you it will shake a lot.
it will add another level of reality to the game
what do you think?

Realistic explosions involve thousands of particles.
That comes with a significant performances drop.
Can you compare a 9MB browser game with a 5GB standalone game?
A standalone game has full access to the system resources.
A browser based game has limited access.
And it's not only that.
You can play this game on ANY computer (even on those very cheap).
Did you ever play Crysis or Call of Duty?
On entry level computers it's impossible to play them.
On mid-range computers, in case of multiple "realistic" explosions at the same time,
you'll get a severe glitch (the screen is freezing for a short period of time).
That kills the gameplay.
I hope you got the main picture.

p.s.
Glad to see you back and kicking.
