Ice, Ice baby!

Midwestern USA has been hit by ice storms for the past several days. 580,000 without electricity for more than 3 days in temps below freezing. Over an inch of ice, and last night we got 6 inches of snow! It's going to be a tough holiday for some.
Do you think baby boom is to be expected in 9 months?
