jozy, this is the closest thing I can find of yours that remotely appears to be censored. And it wasn't censored or edited in the least.

But take a moment and click on my profile, the search through my posts. Take a look at what I have tried to do in the past to keep fairness to this game. I do all of this voluntarily. And I do it for players like you and I. Players who only want a fair shake. With that said, there's only so much that can be done with a game that has ZERO downloadable content on your PC. So things like ping monitoring and connection-matching, skill level matching are just not possible. But if you take a look through the other topics on the forum, you'll find that we've done a LOT in the past few years to try and better this game.

And we welcome input from everyone. Feel free to make suggestions, rants, complaints, even accusations. We ask that you at least try to provide some evidence when accusing another player of cheating. But even then, there is monitoring software in place to catch the occasional idiot who does cheat.

So as to the "Totalitarian State"? You got me man, I haven't a clue what you mean. But why not try to become part of the solution?
