Welcome eclaird.

1) You have 35 frags (kills), to create or join some team you need at least 500 frags.
2) For creating a team you need 3 more player with > 500 frags. You can find players in game while you are playing or here if someone looking for a team...
3) If you are already decided to create a team, get 500 frags and find 3 more players, also with >500 frags, come back here, post their names, name of a team and that's all.
Note: Do not open a team with bunch of inactive players! We need a good and active teams!
