More weapons have been discussed and will happen at some point in the future. The game is at the Beta stage at the moment and is still developing other issues at the moment.
It will happen, but not yet.

Did you see any top player with a neverending feature requests list?
Only the casual players are full of "ideas".
But the game is alive thanks to the faithful (and top) players.
So you should talk less and play more.
