You only need three more, actually.
Here are a few important things to note before jumping into a team:
Make sure you select good, honest, active players to be on your team. You don't want players who don't PLAY! lol
Make sure you and your teammates can communicate - as in speak the same language, have each other's contact information, etc.
Make sure you're in relatively the same time zone so you can be on at the same time for team matches and for practicing to build team chemistry.
Don't just throw players on your team to have a team. There's no benefit in that.
