The players canNOT use the SpyBot.
It's not ethical.
You cannot spy all the players and play a team match later.
The moderators already have extra powers (and they will get more):
they can kick out any player and they cannot be kicked out.

The only solution I see now is the following:

I don't wanna spy other team for purpose to see how they are playing etc.
I would get nothing with that.
Only reason is that I know that some team will use CheatEngine against some teams who don't have experience to recognize it.
You found Kuja and ers in cheating against "not so smart" team.
And in Free For All some of players would like to use cheat but when this little number of us who reporting cheaters (Timber, John, Lenny, supreme, simply, Kinho, I and maybe 3-4 more) come in camp I know they will not dare to use it, but if they don't see us
