It's a bad idea.

In 99% of the cases, a team with 4 members cannot bring 4 online players at the same time.
For various reasons.
The best is to have teams of 6-8 members.
And something more: 3-4 players from Europe/Asia and 3-4 players from North/South America.
Only in these conditions we can set up a teams tournament.
