I disagree Skul, this is what start's a throw away society, and i'm a firm believer, that what goes around comes around.

I totally agree.
And starting today I won't unban any player.
Banned for cheating or for very bad attitude, it doesn't matter.
They are a plague, a deadly infectious disease.

When we talk about society it is a lot complex and bigger, doesn't fit here.
I agree with you, but not in this case. This case is different. When you give a person many many chances and the person ignores you, you create a monster! Here in Brazil we say that this is the same as creating a snake at home, one day the snake will bite you. When the person knows you will always forgive her, she will always repeat that.
When we talk about rules, if we start open exception, exception, exception you make a hole that it is difficult to cover again!
How many thousands chances are necessary to know if a persons is going to follow the rules ? They received so many that it is not right.
What is the collateral effect of forgiven so many times a very wrong behavior?
When we give unlimited chances to some "smarts" we lose control. As we are talking about a game, it's very very important to follow the rules very close!
It's time to say good bye to the problematic kids(cancer)!!

Then I said ok fine have this but please listen to me first. She agreed and I told her that these shoes are yuk., and there is much dirt and they are dirty. She kept on watching and listening as well then she also said yukkk. And left those shoes.

Moral: If I would keep on saying No and keep on being harsh. She won't listen but in turn she would be aggressive and Stubborn. So I had to deal her at her level.

Remus quote= By_Fatih and By_Enes They just got banned.
(the actions of these two, proved that they needy to be the on BadCon list.)

Remus quote =Fatih just registered the By_Sheikh game account.
OMG ... ( i would suggest that By_Sheikh be place on the BadCon list and if By_Enes returns under a new name same for him!)

Lenny quote= I just hope, when they open new accounts, they start with new attitudes, (they will not change, but will be more deviant ! )

Remus quote =So the only "solution" to get rid of them is to ban all the classes of IPs from Turkey.
Obviously, I cannot (don't want to) do that. (no Remus i agree with you)

Lenny quote=I think there is
By putting these player's on the BadCon list and banning them, we have alienated them(there attitude has take a turn for the worse) ( they were already bad apples its just that were looking deep into the basket and finding these two bad apples were really hiding two worms inside them! )

Skul quote=All the chance were already been given to them.
How many thousands chance they will have( i think 30 days on the BadCon list was a Chance for them but they just threw it away!)

If these two are allowed to get away with opening new accounts then you will be sitting up a mutiny for BadCon list to jump ship and return as Rats.
i myself already caught By_Enes hacking the other day. going in and out of Abandon City each time he came back in his ability to kill was better, and harder to kill him!

My friends, you are already thinking outside of the box!

One thing is certain, these two get worse every time they return. They do not understand discipline. They think they can beg and beg and annoy everyone until they get what they want. Somewhere in their lives this must work for them. But we cannot allow it here!

Remus has said he would not lift their ban, and I think to a degree, this will be a big help. They should not be allowed to return to their old accounts.

Yesterday, Enes said "go ahead and ban me! Enes_Bugat was banned, it is a joke!" So obviously, this doesn't bother him very much.

But he and Fatih have crossed this line repeatedly. They have displayed a very disturbing behavior that I think will not change soon.

I hope that others will join this discussion with constructive ideas. I agree with Supreme, sometimes discipline alone will only generate more rebellion. We just may have to get down to their level some way.

I know you all hate them, I do because of their attitude. But still we need to tell them that be a good kid or bye bye :)[/quote]

And to be clear, I think I speak for many when I say I honestly do NOT hate these two. But I strongly dislike their actions and behavior. I believe that in many ways, they are good kids. I have read many (not all, there are far too many) of their posts to their mates and most really are very positive.

And I know that they are reading this message. It should be clear to them by now that this community will not tolerate this kind of behavior.

Remus, as far as unban is not an option anymore will he have to come with new account starting from zero ? At least I think this would be the most fair to clean his mouth, mind and soul.

I do not unban accounts banned for cheating.
But the players banned for bad attitude always get another chance (if they ask for it).

p.s.
They all have another account.
So that "starting from zero" does not change anything.

Ok, maybe a scale starting with 30% frags cut for the first time he is banned. I mean it makes the player thinks twice before having any bad attitude again, cause the player will know that he has a lot to lose. One month banned seems not to be enough, cause some repeat bad attitudes.
Reducing 30% of frags would be a very good help for cleaning of mind and soul (and mouth).
The first time banned: 30% frags reduction and 1 month banned. Second time: 50% frags reduction and 2 months banned. The third time : ban forever. (unban just for bad attitude)

I was playing field in ABC a few minutes ago.
And I could not kill a Turkish player due to his bad connection.
I spoke in Portuguese "other immortal" at the same time that Philip entered the map.
He thought I would have talked to him and verbally assaulted me on the map.
I explained to him what it was and he apologized to me, but I think your friend did not understand and then I had to endure all this on the map.
If this is not a bad attitude I do not know what can be considered.

Why don't we write a book of law? So that we can tell all players in our government that by Rule maker "abc", judge "xyz" and rule "123", dear criminal " you are suspended from your job and you are disqualified for any other job and you would have to live in jail for this much period and you would be charged this much frags as penalty and you are not eligible to apply for "SORRY" next time without punishment as you are caught for BAD Attitude."

Now time of court is over. Court Adjourned :stop:

If I say something seriously. I want to say that I am tired of reading daily punishment rules. This game is not going fun with having all time choosing punishment. I agree that there should be some penalty for bad attitude. Strict penalty for cheating but I cannot read RULES book daily.

Why can't we think something out of box by which all players enjoy the game, have love for each other, have patience somehow. try to teach each other good things. I disagree from most of rule makers many times as you all disagree with my this Essay :) but i can't see all time fighting or not good environment.

It doesn't work in that way.
1) the players banned for bad attitude get another chance after 2-4 weeks.
They cannot use that account for 2-4 weeks, that's the penalty
2) if they get banned again, bye-bye

I completely understand your point of view my friend.
It's the same thing happens with these Turkish children.
So I put in my head that I do not deserve to be in the same field as them.
I decided to put out who I like and do not go into the field when some of them are playing. But in the case of Kirby, Baby_Krypi, El_Destroyer Type_R and if he comes back and I'm online I'll take it all so fields.
You decide if it comes back or not.

I have to repeat myself: in this case the decision is yours.
But try to educate them first of all.
Otherwise we'll get a huge and worthless list of banned players.
In fact none of them is banned, they're all active using other accounts.
I hope you got my point.

My friend Remus, this is your game, you're the boss.

I always respected all their decisions.
I do not have to decide whether or not a player back.
This decision rests solely and exclusively to you.

You tried to find a way to educate them banning. It did not work.

The way I found to educate them and kicking off the map.

At least the most educated already do not enter the field when I'm playing.

Maybe if all the good players and had the honest courage to do it, maybe we could educate these children.

But you decide whether or not the Kirby back.

The decision is yours alone.

The first time banned: 30% frags reduction and 1 month banned. Second time: 50% frags reduction and 2 months banned. The third time : ban forever. (unban just for bad attitude)
It doesn't work in that way.
1) the players banned for bad attitude get another chance after 2-4 weeks.
They cannot use that account for 2-4 weeks, that's the penalty
2) if they get banned again, bye-bye
Thank you Remus, very good this number " 2 "....

This is the price paid for those who have courage to speak that has players with bad connections in the field and have some attitude.
Definitely do a lot of enemies, but at least I'm trying to fix something here.

I let this be the last night.
Go straight to the players of my country.
I hope you saw it and also do something.
This is a bad attitude.
Look with who you play. :whatis:

Sorry, but this was just to see my Brazilian friends.
And Lenny, this is my personality, I will not change.
These things do not admit it to myself, whatever I do I sign here and I assume I will continue doing so and maybe if more people like me show up here, maybe we can clear this game.
And maybe if you read the post above with my prints, you'll see the arguments that he had to tell me all this.

But sometimes you (I) need to take a step back and just enjoy the game.

Did you boot him first and he responded in return?

supreme I think that is not the point. Those kind of words are inappropriate even if Jack kicked him first!! Jack next time try to be more suptile and first ask him to reboot with please on the end of the sentence

Ok, its not the point. No matter how hard you beat(kick out) somebody, He should not open his mouth. This is what you want to say?
I am not saying that what sedko said is right but i am also saying that for every action there is an equal or opposite reaction. Being a prof you know this theory :)

Yes you are right supreme and that is the third Newton's law. I know this better than you. I am only saying that those words are inappropriate. You can start debate with some other words or you can just refrase the sentance. For instance " Jack why did you kick me out without worning?" or "Please Jack explain to me why did you out me!" I think in normal society you don't start to curse right away if someone hurts you. So dear supreme don't get me wrong here I am not trying to defend Jack, I am only saying that sedko's words are inappropriate. How would you feel if someone tells you #f***k your m****r and w**e and s****r. You noticed little * in every word I write??

P.S. Please don't get into my field of interest (physics) if you are not planing to extend the discussion

:) Well I asked simple question from Jackfrost. And I didn't think my question was wrong. I did not write over there that whatever a person said was correct. If you re read what i wrote then you will know. If you will kick out any other player 10 times then do you expect him that he come and bend down in your feet and will ask "Please sir tell me my fault" ?
Though I have studied physics for 4 years but i am not interested in physics at the moment. I asked to the point question And i know how it feels when someone says these things to yourself. I always keep myself at others place. But many players over here dont place themselves at others place. (And also keep this in your mind that not every player brought up at your home that they will speak according to your standards.)

I did not see sedko behaving like this, So I wanted to ask the reason. Even when someone killed some person. The Police / Judge ask them the reason that Why he did this. They don't hang him immediately.

A valid question for JackFrost.

BUT, I think that Sedko is walking on very thin ice. He needs to cool down and think before he curses anyone like this.

Personally, I will allow someone to use a bad word or two in camp, but NOT if it is directed at someone. These words are intensely hurtful to others. At the very least, I think sedko should apologize for his actions. Or at least come forward and offer an explanation.
