1) ="immortals" (BadCon )
2)= very bad connection and bad attitude (BadCon )
3) =very bad connection and good attitude (no penalty, but it's useful to know them all).

note trash means BadCon now! but if you want to go back to the old rating list ask Remus either way is OK with me

Lenny's idea is great, I support.

But we must not forget that there are many players who have been banned and are numerous accounts with less than 10,000 frags.

They are players who do this just to spoil the game.

Yes they should be included! and The Purpose of the BadCon list is to bring normalization to game play! to the point as much as possible? for players who are immortal or allmost? and players with very bad connection and bad attitude problems. now new players need to Learn: the Rules of hopeless 2. and find that the moderators will inforce these rules regardless. and to know the watchers are there to make sure things go right in game rooms? and we know many are very young children- and it is best to learn when your young - and they will spread the word of the Badcon list to others also!

haha, Slap consider skul vote = 5 votes then :) . it means if your team is against someone then no one can save that player :)
There should be fair vote policy, we have so many old pros as well who did not participate. So there should be fairness.
We should have more members from many teams to participate as watchers not all the members of same team

No vote for any of these players

The more votes, the more fair the system is. We really need more than 10 to be absolutely fair!
